Shipping
Our primary method of shipping will be United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. We will ship
orders UPS ground or FedEx service unless you specify otherwise. UPS ground service will
take 7-10 working days to the east coast. UPS and FedEx offer other faster services at an
additional charge. If for some reason a shipment is returned to us and it is not
our fault, you will be responsible for all the freight charges and will not be
shipped back until the incurred shipping charges have been paid.
Shipping Errors
If you receive an incorrect item due to shipping error we will issue a Call Tag
(where available) at no charge or have you ship it ground back to us (we will
reimburse you for the shipping charge). The correct item will be reshipped to
you, and we will prepay ground charges. When you receive a shipment from our
company, please inspect the boxes. Damage claims must be made within 24 hours of
receipt of the order. Wheels and Wheels, Inc. is not responsible for any damages
incurred in transit.
Specification and Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise information
presented in this web site and prices are true and correct at the time of
pricing.
Limited Warranty
Every merchandise have a limited warranty against defects in workmanship
and materials by manufacturer. If any item is suspected of being defective,
return item to Wheels and Wheels, Inc. after obtaining the proper R.A. Number. A
RA number must be written on the outside of the carton to be returned; any
carton without a proper RA number will be refused. We will not accept any C.O.D.
returns unless specified by a Wheels and Wheels, Inc. representative. If any
item is determined to be defective, it will be replaced. On any warranty claims,
we will not be responsible for any labor or inconvenience charges. Customer will
pay for Shipping and Handling charges both ways on all warranties or
adjustments.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns must be approved and issued a proper RA number. An RA number does not
guarantee replacement or refund; only that the manufacturer will inspect the
merchandise on your claim. Items must be returned in new, reasonable condition.
Returns must be sent freight prepaid by you. All allowable returns are subject
to a 20% restocking fee and any other handling and labor charges. All
cancellations are subject to a 20% fee of total amount of invoice. Absolutely no
cancellation on specially order items (specially drilled, chrome plated, gold
plated).
1. Merchandise can not be returned without a return authorization number.
2. All authorizations are valid for a period of 15 days after the date of issue.
3. Customer is liable for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging an
item. This also applies to any issues concerning warranty.
4. There are no returns on used or damaged merchandise.
5. Wheel and tire packages must be wrapped in plastic and boxed before they are
returned to us.
6. Report any damages and/or shortages within 24 hours of receiving. No claims
will be accepted after 24 hours.
7. For customers purchasing wheels alone, once a tire is mounted there are
absolutely no returns.
8. No warranty on gold plated wheels.
9. No warranty on rusted wire wheels.
